Energetic Surrogacies: How to Navigate Empathic Resonance in Harmony and Balance

“Universal Surrogate” is a concept offered by Access Consciousness modality that describes humanoids/ lightworkers/starseeds who unconsciously absorb the pain and suffering of the world with the hope of bringing relief to humanity as we are naturally capable of this. Many of us may unconsciously take on the distress of not just individuals but also the broader suffering of Planet Earth from all spaces and times. This perspective invites us to consider. Now, as there are interesting points of views shared by AC in their classes, and I also have my interesting points of view about this topic; it’s worth mentioning that the ideas I reflect after this point have no relation to their mission, vision, and teachings. And I have no intention to make one another right or wrong. I trust you take it what resonates and leave what does not.

For us lightworkers, empaths, and highly sensitive people (HSPs), this process is even more significant. We naturally sense the energies around us and possess a profound gift of emotional and energetic awareness.

Yet, because of unconscious distractions and societal conditioning, we often feel we are wrong and try to conform to societal norms. This can be particularly challenging as we absorb and internalize collective pain even more deeply.
